Urban art has its saints too, and here comes one of the greatest: Saint Bowie. This 122 x 80 cm piece, built on plywood, breathes the rawness of the city thanks to a background crafted from authentic street poster collage, reinforced with mixed media that add volume, texture, and layers of history.
Amid that visual chaos appears David Bowie, transformed into a pop messiah. The Aladdin Sane lightning bolt marks his face like a sacred stigma, while his body assumes sacred iconography. Around him, symbols of urban culture—from AC/DC to MTV—elevate him to a profane altar where music, rebellion, and devotion collide without asking for permission.
Saint Bowie isn’t made to decorate—it’s made to shake you. A visual shout, a cultural clash where music becomes religion and the streets become the ultimate temple.
